How to Eat Yourself Happy

We are organising an evening event at our shop in Margaret’s Buildings, Bath, that showcases the foods that make us happy.

Our shop nutritionist Monika Jakiel-Rusin will be talking about the sorts of ingredients and dishes that boost our mood, make us feel contented and calm, improve our wellbeing and help combat the onset of depression.

We will be serving the sorts of dishes and drinks that Monika recommends we should be eating more often – recipes that you will be able to take home and recreate yourself.
