The Italian Kitchen Supper Club

We are hosting our next supper club on Friday 29th August and this month we are celebrating Italian food.

 

Northern Italian cook Silvana de Soissons will be cooking you a homemade Italian feast - we are thinking about serving

 

Minestra del giardino con pane e burro – August garden soup with Italian bread and butter

Herby handmade tagliatelle with sugo al pomodoro – tomato sauce

Pollo al Marsala – chicken cooked with Marsala, peppers, olives and lemon

Riso al fomaggio e finocchio – cheesy rice with fennel

Macedonia di frutta – a seasonal fruit salad

Lemon, almond, date and chocolate cakes with mascarpone cream

 

Italian wines can purchased additionally on the night.
