Minestra del giardino con pane e burro – August garden soup with Italian bread and butter
Herby handmade tagliatelle with sugo al pomodoro – tomato sauce
Pollo al Marsala – chicken cooked with Marsala, peppers, olives and lemon
Riso al fomaggio e finocchio – cheesy rice with fennel
Macedonia di frutta – a seasonal fruit salad
Lemon, almond, date and chocolate cakes with mascarpone cream
Italian wines can purchased additionally on the night.
