Raspberry Martinis
Raspberry Martinis – bright, cold and fruity – the perfect Half Term drink for parents that require a calming, relaxing drink at the end of the day.
Using ripe, sweet British raspberries is best – I mash mine through a sieve with the back of a wooden spoon and let the juice trickle through slowly into a bowl.
Place two glasses in the fridge before serving, and use a small wooden skewer to stab a few raspberries for glass decoration.
Place two to three ice cubes in each cold glass.
Pour in equal parts of Martini Rosso, fresh raspberry juice and lemonade {or tonic water if you prefer your long drinks less sweet}. A dash of lemon juice, if you like. Stir and enjoy with salty, cripsy canapes.
